Addison Place is a vibrant Assisted Living community located in New Castle. We take pride in providing residents with care and and assistance in their daily lives. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time licensed Practical Nurse is available onsite to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care.

Our residents participate in a wealth of activities, including walking, cards, shopping and dining trips, and church services.
